Northern lights

I’ve just got back from an amazing trip to Northern Norway where I spent a week summiting the local Lyngen Alps. A real treat was watching the Northern lights on the last night and Graham Austick took this great picture. A incredible spectacle. There are more images on the Lyngen lodge site

I had to share this image. Just incredible views over the fjords. Apparently whales can often be seen in this area as they cruise the protected waters around here in order to mate.
